Prior to entering the real estate industry, Starz Smith worked for ten years in the healthcare industry, which allowed her to hone and expand her organizational, administrative, and communication abilities. These are all qualities that she can bring to her real estate profession. Since Starz has always been a people person, working with individuals from diverse walks of life and cultural backgrounds has better prepared her to develop empathy and compassion and offer value to any business or personal interaction. Starz has two small children and decided to start accumulating riches for her family through the generations. Additionally, she wants to make sure she spends more time with her kids so she can be there for important life events, and she believes there is flexibility in real estate for that. She aspires to lead a modest life, content with the little things in life, and is driven by a desire to serve the community. Starz is also a student at Colorado Christian University in pursuit to obtain her bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in Biblical Studies. Starz Believes her purpose in life is to build up, re-build what has been destroyed. Starz declares that she aims to make every client’s experience with her as their realtor one they will never forget by sharing her boundless joy and serenity with them all. She plans to just be who she is called to be in order to do that.
